*A Community Dialogue: Youth and Elders in Meaningful Conversation
Panel Discussion moderated by Phyllis Randall.
In what ways do Elders and Youth view the legacy and teachings of Dr. King differently? What can Elders and Youth help each other understand about what we need to be doing now to Stand up for Justice?
Listen and participate as four community panelists – two young people and two Elders – discuss their reactions to Dr. King and share their experiences and visions for the future.
Audience members are encouraged to bring their own questions and experiences to share, and to start creating an “I Have A Dream” board where other MLK Day attendees can add their thoughts throughout the day.
