Francis Rath and Steve Hood will provide an overview of Loudoun County Health Department services. Francis will share information on the Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) program, a key component of the Health Department’s plan to respond to health emergencies in the County. MRC members also assist with other public health responses in the community.
