Speakers:  Lovely Lall, Loudoun County Disability Services Board member and Tracee Garner, Loudoun Endependence Center (LEND) Community Outreach Coordinator, will present on each of their associations’ missions briefly, identify the top needs of people with disabilities living in Loudoun and then move into a discussion on disability awareness and sensitivity.
